Michael Yurkovic: Michael has lived most of his life in the California foothills. He studied and painted with Evelyn Wright of Stockton for 20 years, and his painting style has been greatly influenced by her “wet on wet” technique. Inspiration for his paintings range from travels through the western U.S., local history, as well as the beauty of nature.
